MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor)
Our MBBR is a highly effective biological treatment process based on a combination of conventional activated sludge process and biofilm media. The MBBR process utilizes floating media within the aeration and anoxic tanks.
The microorganisms consume organic material. The media provides increased surface area for the biological microorganisms to attach and grow. The increased surface area reduces the footprint of the tanks required to treat the wastewater. MBBR is widely used in domestic sewage treatment applications, to achieve TSE quality for flushing into toilets, irrigation, or discharging into marine environment, with outlet quality result of BOD <10mg/l and TSS <10mg/l.
MBBR is also used as conjunction with other technologies, in complete process solutions for industrial effluent treatment.
By collecting, treating and reusing this resource, it becomes an economically viable and at the same time ecologically sustainable object of daily use.
These include:
- Collection;
- Screening and Straining;
- Chemical Addition;
- Coagulation and Flocculation;
- Sedimentation and Clarification;
- Filtration;
- Disinfection;
- Storage and finally
- Distribution.
Our reverse osmosis systems are sold as solutions rather than systems with the guide of your raw water analysis report and your exact water needs to ensure that, your system is always working under less pressure.
We have in stock of various filters for different filtration processes to remove iron, manganese, sediments of all sizes, suspended solids and many other contaminants in water. Most of our filtration systems have a long lifespan to reduce recurring cost of the filtration parts.
We have designed and implemented tailor-made water treatment solutions for many residences, hospitals, churches, pharmaceutical companies, hotels, manufacturers, luxury resorts, just to name a few.
